Main chemical composition: Azodicarbonamide mixture

Product features: Light yellow crystalline powder, complete decompound, small residual foaming agent, fine and uniform cell, high amount of gas evolution, uniformly dispersed in plastic.

Technical indexes: Decomposition temperature: 195-200 ºC

Amount of gas evolution: 215±5ml/g(STP)

Average particle size(D50): 9-10μm

Application: Widely used in plastics and rubber foam, such as PE, PS, EVA , PVC, NBR, SBR, and rubber mixture. Especially suitable for PE / EVA molded sole, plastic runway, luggage lining, EVA puzzle mats, Packing materials, PVC injection soles.

Packing: 25kg lined with plastic bag.

Storage: Good storage stability at room temperature. It should be stored in a cool & dry place, away from fire, sparks and heat. In case of fire, please use spray water, carbon dioxide or chemical powder for fire extinguishing, no artificial fight.
